Our Services
Therapeutic Support for Every Child
Every child is unique. Our services are tailored to meet your child where they are — offering a safe, nurturing space to explore, express, and grow.
One-on-one sessions in a warm, child-led space
Child-Centred Play Therapy
Child-centred play therapy is the heart of what we do. Using play as the natural language of childhood, we offer children a safe, non-directive space to express emotions, process difficult experiences, and develop healthy coping strategies — all at their own pace. Your child doesn't need to find the words; they simply need to play.

Getting started is simple. We'll guide you through every step.
Reach out
Contact us via the enquiry form or phone. We'll have a brief chat to understand your child's needs and answer any questions.
Parent consultation
Before your child's first session, we meet with you (without your child) to gather background information and set goals together.
First session
Your child meets the therapist and explores the play therapy room. Sessions are gentle, child-led, and completely pressure-free.
Ongoing support
Regular sessions continue at a pace that suits your child, with parent check-ins to keep you informed and involved throughout.
